Despite how I looked, no one knew the struggles I was going through on the inside of my mind. Taken right around this time was this picture below, one where I felt so sad.
I tried to cover up that sadness by controlling my food diet but the sadness came through and affected my whole life.
You can probably relate to the feeling that no one else really understands what you are going through.
I had just "gone off" another diet and was feeling deep inner turmoil.
I didn't have faith that it would get better. One lucky day though I found a tool that removed so much noise around my relationship with food.
I learned how to quiet my mind, and move through so much of that turmoil.
That tool helped me finally really ingrained these 5 Empowering Beliefs in this report and my life flows much better.
